| hi i am trying to loose weight and gain muscle at the same time i have done it before but gained the weight back and now i need help with some suggestions and a routine for muscle building. i eat healthy and try to maintain a diet age:22 weight:220 body fat:22% height:5'4 goal: to weigh 180-185 with muscle if i missed anything please let me know |

| diet, workout, cardio. take multi's and your bcaa's |

| branch chain amino acids... you can purchase them seperate or if you take O.N. whey it has SOME in there... not sure on the porper dosage though |

| if ur gonna take supplementary BCAA, take leucine mostly... |

| would 100% whey protein be a good source of amino acids ? if not can some one recommend a brand maybe a site where i can get it? also i forgot to mention i am taking hot rox for fat burning and this is a bit off topic but is it true that since i took stackers 2 with ephedra my tolerance is much higher and fat burners like hot rox wouldn't work for me?? |
