noob question please help

alright im 21 years old, 6'3 and almost 200 pounds. i want to start training and bulking up but i dont know were to start. as far as eating goes, i eat a lot. No junk food, but i do eat out a good bit. i just need some guidance and motivation and need help. thanks

try searching some older posts to get a general rule of thumb for training and dieting and any specifics we can help you with. we can't just totally lay out a plan for you off that little info

i think motivation is an individual thing, so u gotta motivate urself somehow, u can't ask somebody else to do it for u, as for training and diet, just work out ur calorie intake and divide them into right amount of protein, carbs and fat and training just start pumping.
