hi iv just started working out and my aim is to build muscle mass as quik as i can, im 17, 6"2 and about 170pounds, iv read so many diffrent things on the internet on workout routines but they all say diffrent things,im goin to be able to train 3-4 times per week could anyone help me please. thanks, karl

Everyone is different. So everyone responds differently to different routines. Whats your BF and whats your current diet?

well at least you have the 3-4 days/week right... i do 1on 1off something like this
day1
chest
day2
rest
day3
legs
day4
rest
day5
shoulders
day6
rest
day7
back
day8
rest and repeat

im a student so i havnt got enough money to diet properly but i eat healthly and im tryin to get as much protein as i can by eating fish and meats. my goals are to get as much muscle mass as possible, but the gym i go to has limited equipement, only free weights it has is dumbells and the rest are machines. if anyone could help me out on what exercises to do, a workout routine and any tips that would be great. cheers, karl

How old are you and do you have a car you can drive??
If you are in colage and have a car, change gym's.

invest in some protein powder, its the cheapest protein there is.
