| Ok Im new to this site ive seen alot of good stuff I have some questions. I played football threw out highschool and did some weight training and dieting during that period but now im 23 and havent touched weights for almost 4 years. I just moved to minnesota from alabama and started going to the gym with a friend I meet. He got me on this workout were we target one muscle a day like tonight was triceps then shoulders, back, legs, chest, biceps then one day off. I'm 245 and 5'11 and around 28% body fat so im pretty over weight I do running/walking on the treadmill every night after the weights for 15 to 20 mins. I have been doing this for almost 4 weeks. I'm wondering if this is the best work out for what I want to do right now which is mostly loss weight but also gain some strength. I'm doing better on my diet now too more smaller meals throughout the day. I also just started taking a supplment called The Burn a men's thermogenic. Any advice would be much appreciated thanks. |
