| well boys and girls,, ive been doing the same routine for about 9 mths now..worked godam wonders but i noticed i'm plateauing..the last mth...so do u think its time to switch it up? and in doing so do u think i should just change the excercises or the bodyparts i work together also?..example..(i do chest,,shoulders and triceps......back, biceps, and legs....its a full body workout split into 2 days....eg...day 1.. i do incline chest, dips, and pullovers,, the next chest day would be day 3....i do flat bench, and flys.. any ideas. |

| bump BNR, i say change it all up for just a little while. Mix up your body parts and ur lifts. keep your core lifts but change some other lifts in between. hope i'm making sense, i know what im trying to say it just doesnt seem like its coming out the way im thinking it. |

| you got it brotha, "all the cute stuff", like it. seriously though, i would make sure i changed up the different body parts you work together, as well. |
