| Hey peoples, I'm a new member here, and am looking forward to a long and happy relationship with this forum. So lets get started. I'm 21, weigh about 185, 9-10% body fat. I usually train in the early morning, I have always been a scrawny person and never had to worry about cardio much so I was hoping you could help me. I hit the weights every Monday (Chest), Tuesday (Back), Thursday (Tri's/Bi's), Friday (Delts/Shoulders), Saturday (legs). I was hoping to incorporate cardio workouts on MWF, but I was wondering if it's good or bad or null for me if I work out between 5 and 6 AM, and do cardio between 6-7 PM, I just wanna make sure I am not killing muscle building nutrients in my body by doing that. Adding muscle is my primary concern. Thank you -Paul |
