| what is a good routine for my girlfriend to follow. she is the type that just wants to tone. all suggestions will be helpful. |

| We'll when me and cani work out, what we do is the same routine, but get an even better work out because we swap his bigger weights for my smaller ones, back and forth. I just want to tone too, so it works great. Is there any particular area that she wants to focus on? You guys do cardio/abs together? |

| If she's really new to this, try her on a push/pull/leg day split. It's an easy way to build strength and confidence. Once she's comfortable, it'll be easier for her to transition into the body part split. |

| genetic phreak huh dear? why thank you. cani you have some amazing geans yourself. :D Have her help you do forced reps, help her plan out some of the routines you do, or let her pick what muscle group you work that day. She feels like she's a part of it then, and not just tagging along. Becomes fun, instead of a chore for her. Abs, maybe a bit of cardio on the treadmill next to eachother as a cool down... ? Then she is sure to have something in there she enjoys. |
