Ok lets take my triceps for example. I train them one week and am sore, use the same routine the next week and am not sore the next day, then using the same routine again the following week I get sore.

I keep my diet the same, get good sleep, etc... whats the cause for this? Could it maybe just be that my form was different or I didnt get as intense of a workout for some reason?

i get the same problem from time to time

Could be form, weight, using triceps more in physical work or they could be worked more previously in the week or day when training other bodyparts i.e. chest or shoulders. It happens to me aswell from time to time but I hardly train arms, haven't trained them in 6 weeks now.
