| I used to weigh about 210 now im weighing about 180. my question is how can i lose weight and gain muscle at the same time. i run for 15 minutes then lift weights but should i lift heavy weights or light ones? im confused cuz i am gaining weight but im afraid of overexertion. oh and wuts the best protein shake? cuz i take synthasix but i dont know if its the best for losing weight and gaining muscle. |

| i personally like pro-nos. ive found it to work the best for me and it taste good and mixes up nicely but thats my 2 cents. i do the same thing you do i do about 20 minutes or a light jog and then i lift. i lift heavy for the most part and it works for me. you see results slower that way than if you just eat like crazy and bulk and then cut. most people do bulk/cutting cycles but i like to just eat right and as long as i see progress i dont change anything. |
