| yess...back to doing deadlifts...i definately was missing that in my back workout!! feel the diff already in a week...deadlifts..t bar..dumbell rows..and lat pullups.my killer back routine.:thumbs: |

| pullups palms away wide grip, pull ups palms in close grip, bent over rows, dead lifts, dumbell rows, and reverse flys for me!!!! |

| i've got back tonight... stiff legged deads, bent over rows, shrugs, and reverse flys. on a side note my girlfriend has been working out with me for a week now... she is doing great (lighter weight of course!) she actually likes it and we kinda motivate each other |

| :screwy: best compound lift there is imho if i had to chose only one lift i could do for the rest of my life it would for sure be deads.... i do two variations of it through a week |

| i tried deadlifts for the first time, it felt weird, i could feel the pull on my lower back but it still felt like it wasnt doing anything. i had an olympian deadlifter show me the form and said i had it all right, im gonna keep doing these and see if i notice a different. at least its fun |

| When I do deadlifts now I can't go as heavy as I can because I get these horrible back pumps so bad I have to lay down and curl up into a ball for a few minutes and stretch out for ages.. it get's so bad I can't even walk and have to sit down in the change rooms for about 5 minutes. |

| i have been in that same situation cosmic. and if you work them real hard it will be very sore the next day!!! |

| Yeah man it's awful. Makes me wonder why people pay for supps just to get the pump! even when training legs or arms, biceps get so pumped it's painful and can't even bend the arm, I hate it. |
