| im just starting out, been trinaing now for about 2-3weeks. do a split routine chest/tri shoulders/legs back/bi/abs just wondering how many sets everyone does on each diffrent exerise. iv been doing 3 sets of 10 reps on everything at the moment. about 80-85% of my 1 rep max. (wanting to build and put on mass) i have as much protein as poss but dont know exactily and eat healthy, still at school (17) i take a protein shake wen i wake up and post workout and startin creatine on monday when should i take that? and how good is my routine any sudgestions on how i could improve it. cheers |

| the routine is good, i do the same one except i have legs on friday so i can go really hard on them and let them heal over the weekend do 4 sets of 8 |
