These are my most current pictures. After a 4-5 month break from lifting my body isnt exactly in the best shape its been in.

My calves are an oddity, when i stopped working out i lost muscle everywhere on my body but there.

Goal: Drop the rest of my body fat and tone up muscle. A six pack by the time summer rolls around would be nice too, i havent had one before.

Ill be doing a cutting diet since because of the shitty food my cafeteria offers i cant do a clean bulk

Diet

Wake up- Protein shake
Breakfast- 5-7 eggs and oatmeal
Lunch- Meat and veggies
Post workout- Shake
Dinner- Meat and veggies

Light snacking between meals most likely

Routine

Monday- Chest, tri's, Abs, and Cardio

Tuesday- Early morning cycling

Wednesday- Back, Bi's, Abs, and Cardio

Thursday- Early Morning cycling

Friday- Legs, Shoulders, Abs, and Cardio

Weekends are rest days

Supps- Multivitamin and HydroxyCut Hardcore

not enough food. take that whole turkey sandwich thing out man,,and have a can of sardines and a protein bar. bread will **** you up!

lookin good man keep up the hard work. diet looks ok to me. change the whole weat bread to a whole grain bread. and unless you have a whole lot of turkey on that sandwich you need to maybe add a can of chicken or tuna with it. Keep up the good work man!!!

protein bars are too expensive, i can replace it with meat and veggies

hes not tellin you to replace a meal with it. if you need it you can use it!!!!!!!!!!

pot probably was the biggest reason for my weight gain, that and that i stopped working out. it used to be i would smoke and spend 15 or 20 dollars at whataburger but i cant and dont do that anymore
