i took a brake from lifting for about 6-7 months my muscles and everything depleted alot and i gained alot of waight and my fat precentage might of increased right now i way 190 im 20y old 5"9

Routine

Monday- Chest, tri's,forarms,

Tuesday- cardieo

Wednesday- Back, Bi's, and chest

Thursday- chest,soulders

Friday- Legs,forarms , Abs,cardio

Weekends are rest days

Supps- post work out-no2 black powder after workout- nos whey protien shake

i wouldnt do chest on monday and wednesday. do monday and thursday instead!!
