any body know any good chest excersise to tone my chest i always work my chest and make shure i rip my chest musle so now im building mass on my chest and its starting to look pointy any be help would appreciated

pretty much bench presson monday thursday i try to do incline and decline bench press, the rest i do whenever i work my chest Arnold Bench presses,Incline Pushups ,Pectoral Compound

10 reps 4 sets of each when i work my chest

heres my rutine


Routine

Monday- Chest, tri's,forarms,

Tuesday- cardieo

Wednesday- Back, Bi's, and cardieo

Thursday- chest,soulders

Friday- Legs,forarms , Abs,cardio

Weekends are rest days

Supps- pre work out-no2 black powder post workout- stack n02 pump,creatine,amino 3000

Try to workout on upper chest and lower chest instead of just plain flat bench press.
Dont forget to work out on the sides in the middle to make your chest look bigger.

thanks for the advice s.w.a.t i give these a try i pretty much work my sides and upper every week i think the problem is the i hardly to my lower chest

thats awesome swat..i especially appreciate the dude in the middle with the packers hat on..reminds me of me in a way..he is ripped as **** and noone would know untill he took his shirt off at the beach,,,,then he totally is noticed...dam its hard being a lean mother...u take your shirt off and blow the fatty's away//or the fattys keep there shirts on and look good at the bar,,,personally i like the response of the babes when i get them back to my place....
