so im in the final stages of belly fat which is the most stubborn fat. how the hell do i get it off.

my routine...


mon:chest,tricep
tues:bi's,back, shoulders
wed:cardio
thurs:same as monday
frid:same as tuesday
sat:cardio
sun:rest

What r u doing my man?????????? First off I see no legs. Cardio does not count for legs man. Drop shoulders to friday and add abs there. And do them again with another routine!!!
