| hey im new here and ive been lifting not a year yet and my deadlift will not go up i work hard on it but whatever i do it wont go up in weight. any advise would help. im 18 5"10 190 bodyfat i would say around 13-14% mabey thats just a rough guess. |

| i eat around 3500 calories a day i eat good and i sleep good i get around 9-10 hours of sleep a night am i doing something else wrong mabey or is there mabey a better way to get the weight up i do around 10 reps for around 5 sets or so but then if i add anymore weight even if its 10's on the side i can bearly do 5 reps |
