| about 6 months ago I was doing incline bench press with some short friends. i did not move the seat back after my friends went and when i brought the barbell down i heard a pop. since then the front part of my shoulder hurts when i do bench press with dumbells barbells. pain goes away if i dont do kind of bench press exercises or any frontal shoulder exercises. I have yet to go to the doctor because of financial reasons. has anyone had this injury before. the time i feel the pain the most is when i come down with the barbell or dumbells when doing bench press motions or doing any flies . is it the rotator cuff? should i work through it? |
