| I have the opportunity to make $500 in a company pool for a weigh in tomorrow. I have a good feeling that i'll win the "weight loss challange" anyways as i've dropped 10 lbs in 4 weeks but I wanted to maximize my results for the weigh in tomorrow around 4:30pm. What are some things that I can do tonight and tomorrow as far as my workout and diet go in the next 24 hours to help with this. I plan on wearing very light clothes tomorrow but any other ideas would be great. Thanks, Stab |

| go get one of those things in the mornin where they stick a tube up your ass and clean your shit out I heard that can drop 5-10 pounds fron anyone. just a suggestion |
