| My ab workouts are on the same day as my shoulders, Saturdays. Anyways, I'm in the middle of this 12 week program and it has me do (for abs): 2 sets of 20 on all: Rope Cable crunches Incline Bench sit up Lying Crunches Hanging leg raises But do to my height (6'9''), my pully is to low on my weight machine. Therfore my Rope Cable Crunches feel useless and feels like it's working my arms out rather then my abs. Is there any good susbstitute's for Rope Cable crunches? I was thinking of hand making a new, higher pully that would work. But don't have the $ right now. Any help is good help, thanks! -G |

| I find weighted incline crunches the best or long arm weighted crunches with a medium weight medicine ball |
