| Guys, Ok nuby question and sorry if it sounds stupid but i havnt been working out for very long and dont know many poeple to compare with. ok im 30 years old, weigh 169 and bench 154 (3 sets of 8). Ok i know thats not that much but is it good, bad etc for my bodyweight? Also id like to know would i see any benefit from pushups as well as bench presses? this wouldnt be overtraining my muscles would it doing them after i bench press? Any feedback would be appreciated :) |

Ok i know thats not that much but is it good, bad etc for my bodyweight?" ..hey bro when u say bench 154 do u mean kg or lbs? cos I weigh about 154 lbs and I bench around 30-40kgs for 3 sets of 12 reps that gives me a great pump and I look very lean mind u I am starting out after a long time too... |
