| Halo, I am a greenie in this aspect of knowledge, and I am rather confused by a lot of stuff here. However, I have a few problems that I need help, pretty desperately. Specs : 170cm, 70kg, 16% Bodyfat, waist 32 inches, "pear shape" Background: I have been dieting for the past whole month or so, and I have lost 7kg from it, I used to be at waist 38, and then now falls to 32. I do crunches like 3 times a week. I currently suspended my diet, during the diet, I only have at most 4 pieces of smoked salmon a day. I lost an average of 300g/day. And because I swim alot, so I have a pretty big ribs and after I went on the diet, the bones started to show itself and looks ugly. I got all my hip bones starting to surface, but I still got this lump of the belly there. :banghead: My question is ... should I start my resistance training or should I stay on my diet and cardio ? or should I start both. I am thinking of going to get some protein powders to enhance the effect. I need to get in shape for my 20th bdae which is almost in a month's time. please give advices, lotz lotz lotz thanks |
