| Does this sounds like a decent routine guys. It's kinda lopsided because I try and fit in my chest/tri's and my Bicep/abs day a little extra. So over a 2 week period it kinda looks like this. Should I just cut one of my off days out and make it a 6 day workout with only doing my legs and back/shoulder workout once a week and my chest/tris and bicep/abs twice? Anyways any input would be nice. I also do fit in cardio sporadically. I also play hockey soccer so I find that it covers that alot. Sunday Chest/tri's Monday Biceps/abs Tuesday Back and shoulders Wedenesday Legs Thursday Chest/tri's Friday off Sat off Sunday Bice/abs Monday Chest/tri's Tuesday Back/Shoulders Wednesday legs Thursday Bicep/abs Friday off Saturday off |
