I need help with my chest...everywhere else is trimming down and getting more toned but my chest is still a lil saggy..

I want it to be really tight so what exercies should I do and how often?

I was thinking of doingthe following EVERY DAY: (as I dont want to build muscle I want to lose fat)

incline and flat Chest Flyes (2/3 x 10 reps - moderate weight)
flat and Decline Bench Press (2/3 x 15 reps - moderate weight)
push ups (2/3 x 8 reps)

would this help and how long would it take to firm up my chest?

im 5 ft 8, male, 154 lbs, pretty lean but a bit of fat around my waist and chest (oh yeah and jawline...but weights aint gonna help that lol)

please let me know what you guys think and any suggestions welcome

by the way I work out at home so cant get to a gym

Cardio - you cannot spot reduce/ spot trim areas. Get rid of the fat and the muscle underneath will appear moreso therefor giving a appearance more firm figure. Of course exercise your chest as well but if you want to trim your chest and firm up then cardio is the way to go.

I agree with Mega.

Do running and some boxing.

Thanks guys...

If I up the cardio wont I just lose more weight overall tho? I mean I look pretty lean at the moment apart from my chest so I dont wanna appear even smaller lol

Ideally Id like to bulk up a bt but lose fat off my chest but as you guys have said u cant spot reduce

so I guess I mite try to lose the chest first then gradually try n bulk up clean

sound good?

Yeah its gotta be one or the other (according to most peoples belief). You have to either decide - cut some fat and lose some weight/muscle or bulk up. I know some people disagree with this but most agree with this theory.
