| I have a few questions here. 1. Sometimes when I work out my lats, there's no definition in the bulk.. it just gets bigger altogether. How can I work them out so there's definition as well as size? 2. Does anyone know any workouts for the waist and/or upper chest? If you need to know, I have a very lean build. I'd be grateful for some feed back:) |
