| im 20 years old 5"7 about 195 pounds i atleast wanna lose 15 pounds so i can get down to my old and ideal waight to 180 pounds as of right now im currently doing cardio 5 days aweek along with my workout my rutine looks like this monday:30 mins cardio, chest,shoulders tuesday:30 mins cardio, back,bis wedsday:30 min cardio, abs,tris thursday cardio, legs friday, hour cardio saturday:rest sunday:rest my supplements are, apex multivitamins,amino 3000, iso pure protien, pay day i will be picking up apex fat burner 1 and 2 any help on a meal plan and any advice on anything help would be much appreciated thanks fellow members |
