| i just turned 16 years, old im 120 pounds, ive never worked out before and i want to start. what im focusing on is my chest and arms. can anyone tell me where i should start? |

| start light weight and u can start on any body part. just as long as u do legs, arms and chest a week. + eat alot! |

| i know u want to focus on just ur chest and arms but u have wo do all body parts cause if not then you will look sloppy. |

| don't worry about your arms. start with chest, legs, back, and shoulders. your arms will get enough workout with these bodyparts. |

| Yeah make sure you do your whole body it will help increase your overall results. If you are working out form home, you will need to lookup some excercises involving free weights. |
