i am getting into pumping iron more than i intended to.i another few months i will post my 8 month progress pic.i have been pumping iron only 4 and a half months now.when november gets here i will be 50 years old and will have a year pumping pumping iron under my belt.i want to look bad at 50.i think all of you guys and gals on this forum are the greatest.thanks again for all your great info and support:cool:neo
