Im having a hard time losing weight. I am having no problem putting on size though (i don't mean fat size). I am currently at 265 and want to get down to 250. I eat really good and do 40 mins of cardio everyday. I am thinking about taking weights out for 2 weeks and just do cardio, jump rope, push ups, and crunches to see if i can get down on the scale. I hoping this will kick my metabolism into gear. what do you think?

I don't think you should drop weights... that will actually boost metabolism.. unless your just after losing numbers on the scale then yeah drop weights but the weight lost can account for muscle.

I've read that muscle burns fat really well. Keep lifting weights and cut your calories back. As long as you burn more calories than you consume you will lose weight.... suposedly. Eat lean. Don't waste calories on sweets and alcohol though. Gotta remember we as humans were designed to be hunters and gathers. That means we are supposed to be very active and eat all natural (bland) foods. It sucks after growing up in the society that we have where our taste buds have been desensitized by tasty chemicals.
