| i droped waights because the trainers at the gym told me to drop 20 punds with the 20 punds and few inchs that i lost on my waist i also loss major amount of muscle now im having a hard time building my muscle back up any help suggegestion or advice would be much appreciate thanks friends |

| my diet consist of breakfest: 2 eggs and a protien shake lunch chicken salad sum fruit and a protien shake dinner wutever my girls cooking but a small portion |

| I've read it a million times. If you wanna put on muscle you got to eat approx. 1.5 grams of protein per pound of your weight. And work out of course. Try and get most of your protein from real foods (preferrably lean) and just use shakes to add a lil protein. And last but not least you need to rest. Gotta get a good nights sleep. |
