So I have lost about 20 lbs give or take in about three months. Ive been shaving it off so that I dont lose much muscle but now it has been about a month and I have this stubborn layer of fat that will not go away and I can see a very definitive outline of my abdominals but I cant seem to get rid of this fat. I eat about 4 times a day with small portions and I take a protein supplement twice a day on lifting days and once a day on non- lifting days. I do light jogging on lift days after the workout and I do cardio every other day when I'm not lifting. Should I take a thermogenic supplement like hydroxycut or something like that. I dont want to but at this point I cant seem to shake this fat off. Also is it true that a certain percentage of people cant ever see their abs? Cuz I could see them before but I got out of shape since then. Any advice would help. Thanks.

I'll get the first question out of the way. What are you eating?

in the morning its either two hardboiled eggs or scrambled eggs(one without a yolk)and a cup of oatmeal. then its my workout.after the workout i take my protein shake. two hours after I eat grilled chicken with vegetables. Later ill have either some more chicken or a can of tuna with a handful of nuts(peanuts, almonds, etc.) And at night I finish with either my protein shake when I worked out or a small dinner with fish or a lean piece of steak or once again chicken.
