Hey guys, I've noticed that my left tri is smaller than the other.when I do a front double bi flex its not noticealble but from the back it is. Its more especially smaller on the top near my arm pit. I was thinking of only working out the left one now while I'm on this cycle. Also I think it came from a pinch nerve I got in high school football some years ago. It was so bad that my whole left arm shrank big time. It actually took me a whole year to regain the size but seems that the tricep didn't fully grow. What should I do?

Seeing as you said good words about the Greeks in your signature I think that this Greek may just want to assist you.

What you do is use dumbells and do the same amount of sets with the dumbel exercises with perhaps slightly more weight on the weaker arm. Dumbell kickbacks are great for tris. You will find that your stronger arm will feel like it is hardlt working while the other will feel that it is working alot harder. Give this a go.

Last year whilst back at the old homeland - I went to visit King Phillips burial place. I was just about shaking when seeing the very armour that he was buried with ad his sword and reading about how good a leader he was. Alexander the Greats son is burried near him as well. Yeah me too. It won't show for some reason. Man that some exciting stuff. When ever I have the money and time, I have to go over there to Greece. I actually want to do the whole European tour and visit the ancient lands. I'm of Spanish, French, Italian and Aztec descent so I've always been curious about those places. Especially Greece. But first I would like to build a body of a Greek statue!! Ha haaa!!!
