| Over the past couple weeks ive started trying a new approach at the treadmill.. Its a 30min run at diff mph every 5mins. The first 5mins is at 5mph, then with out stopping, speed up to 6mph for 5mins then to 7mph for 5min then 8mph for 5mins then 9mph for 5min. Its deff helping my endurence quite abit, Ive noticed that 5min rounds are becoming alot easier. Give it a try. |

| I used to be a runner acouple of years ago. And I did almost the same thing u did. Only longer. At that time I wasn't lifting much weights though and just concentrated on my stamina. I would start off at a certain pace and every 5 to 10 minutes would increase my speed. It's a pretty good method to burn some fat since it shocks your muscles. |

| i love running on treadmills, and the workout you have listed is pretty nice. each person has his or her style of running. glad yours workout for you. |
