Ok well I am also having this problem with developing my chest, the thing is it is underdeveloped and I really don't like how it looks. I do chest twice a week with a variety of excercises, to hit it well. Anyone know a few tricks, I have a weak shoulder so I am wodneirng if it's taking the brunt of what my chest should be? If so should I just be doing lighter weights but really squeezing my chest hard?

I always use lighter weights to get my form really good before increasing the weight. My chest is slowly developing behind my shoulders so I spend a whole day training it. I start with incline db bench, flat bench, dp pullovers, cable crossovers, chest press machine and finish with dips (leaning forward). What are you doing at the moment for it?

Thanks, maybe I will try your routine, maybe it will hit different areas and create a fuller looking chest. Can't hurt at all, thanks.
