trying to focus on my training in this dark dark day of my life.i want to prioratize my back to bring it up more.not sure what works best.here are some samples im thinking of.let me know what you guys and gals think will work best.
once a week back
deads 4sets every workout
pulldowns or chins 4 sets evry other
bent barb row or tbar row 4 sets every other
seated cable row or dumb row 4 sets every other
or
deads every workout
bent barb row every workout
pulldowns or chins every other
tbar row every workout
seated cable row or dumb row every other

or i can do an am and pm split
a.m
deads
tbar
barb row
p.m
chins
pulldowns
seated cable
dumb rows
any ideas?

ok i have to do something different here.i just finished working back today and didnt get to do all i wanted.i guess its too much at one time.i did pulldowns,chins,deads,bent rows and seated cable rows.i wanted to do tbars too but was exhausted after the deads.in fact i couldnt even do my normal reps for bent rows after the deads.i need a new plan guys.cmon,gimme some ideas

If you wanna focus more on back I reckon train it twice a week instead of one mega day to compensate.

my legs and a part of my back i havent felt in awhile are really sore today.it feels great.i came up with a schedule i think might work
mon legs and back-deads,pulldowns,chins
tues chest
wed rest
thur back-tbar,bent rows,dumb rows,cable rows
fri delts
sat bi/tri
sun rest
i cant do much for legs except squat,leg curls and extentions since i workout atr home so adding deads that day makes sense to me
