| Hello All. Nice to meet everyone. My name is Eddie, I am 29 from Delaware. Recently I have switched to the MaxOT training method, however slightly before I did, I injured my wrist due to some faulty equipment. I was doing preacher curls. After I finished the last rep I went to rest the bar back down when all of a sudden I felt/heard a loud pop in my left wrist and my fingers went immediatly numb. After laying the bar down, I noticed the weight lock slipped about 4 inches allowing the 25lb weight to slide with it. That was on April 14th, 15 days ago and I still have some pretty serious pain in my wrist. Not constant mostly...but any pressure I apply causes a sharp shooting deep seated pain. There is not bruising on swolleness. I worked out through the pain (although it wasn't as intense) the first week after it happened. Now its worse. Any ideas? I full expect the "go to the doctors" replies lol. |

| FYI..I do have an apointment with an orthapedic surgeon tomorrow also. |
