| Hey guys, just wanted to update you all on my current condition. I have really hit the ground running with my training and am seeing major body changes, but there is not much happening on the scales. Is this normal, I mean I look ten times better, but there is little to no change on the scale. I carry my weight well as it is, but I really look a lot better now, will the weight eventually come down, I couldnt imagine myself being a totally ripped person at 280. thanks for the advice and replies, any and all comments are appreciated |

| remember muscle weighs more then fat...4x as much i believe.. |
