| You can do body weight exerices and do just fine. Pushups (chest and tris) close grip pushups (more emphasis on tris), Chins (back and bis) underhand grip pullups (more emphasis on bis), crunches and reverse crunches (you need an incine bench for reverse crunches and you bring your legs up to you chest instead of moving your upper body). You can throw other things in there like dips too. Dips are an awsome exercise to build a wider chest and triceps. I am talking about your hands in front of you, not with your hands behind you. Another variation of a pushup is to incline the feet as high as you can go. This wil make the pushup harder and work more upper chest and incorperate more shoulder muscles. Just remember, you should try to figure out how to build up your legs too. Do some lunges with slow motion and calf raises. |

| Starve yourself...really, how do you answer this?? I guess doing 'natural' exercises like pushups or something, maybe swimming or sports. Your question is pretty vague bro. |
