| hey there, It took me close to 4 years to lose over 100 lbs, I went from being 5"08" 290lbs and the age of 16. And now at the age of 20 I'm currently 5"10" 180lbs. But my goal now is to Put back on 15 - 20 lbs of Muscle size and definition. Now from everyone I've heard you have to eat 6 meals a day with 2-3 protein shakes and the whole bit. But i feel paranoid about eating that much, i hate having to put back on the (Bad) weight to gain size. And besides I worked so hard to take off. Or is it just eat a healthy 6 meals a day the Key. I don't touch creasy or fast foods anyway, So eating a healthy 6 meals a day wouldn't be a dramatic change for me. Let me know what works best. Thanks; |

| Eating alot of "clean" foods is not as easy as you think. Anyone can eat 5000 cals going to Burger King and KFC all day, but eat 5000 cals of boneless skinless chicken breasts and salads and tuna in water and see how much you have to eat to reach 5000 cals.......... The point is you can slowly up your cals of "clean" food and monitor yourself along the way. Don't just go by what the scale says, take measurements of your chest waist and legs and compare as you go. Also would be good to invest in some calipers and check your skin folds. This way, you can see right away if you are gaining fat or lean mass and you can adjust your food intake , training and cardio regimen as you go along. Good luck! |

| you want to eat 6-7 small meals a day that would include shakes which I deally are limited to post workout..but we all get busy and can't cook sometihng and have a few shakes a day. here is where the tricky part comes in you need to add calories and yes you will add fat when u bulk there is really no way around that but the cleaner you eat the better your chances are of not adding alot of fat. I wolud start with 500 calories above your maintence level and add or reduce caloric intake in 250 cal increments based on how ur body reacts. along with measurements and skin fold measurements use the mirrior as a judge as well Smallguy |

| Eat more often but eat cleaner & leaner foods. Combine lean proteins with complex and/or fibrous carbs. Have moderate amounts of fat, either from flaxseed oil or udo's choice oil blend. |

| This is a diet that BodyGain.Com gives to gain mass. It looks pretty hard, 8 eggs a day, 120g steak, 125g cottage cheese, etc. Any experts know if this diet looks good and if it is even possible? Anything I can substitute for some of these to make it a little cheaper? |

| That is a bit excessive for most lifters who have not been lifting for mroe than a few years. You could modify that to your liking and it would be good. For instance, with the egg salad. Bring it down to 4 eggs and ditch the ham and bread. You can exchange 2-3 of those meals with protien shakes to make it alot cheaper. |

| BTW, Improvise, I haven't forgotten about you. I just haven't had time to sit down and make up that diet. Basicly what I am going to do is give you a list some things that are easy to make and plan with and you can mix and match what you need. THis way, you won't be eating the same exact meals every day. |

| do you guys really eat that much during the day thats amazing all i have during the day or before my workout is wakeup have 4 scoops of protein powder 2 bits of toast with jam no butter 1 hour workout lunch: usually 3 eggs and another protein shake 1 hour later i have 2 scoops of colostrum powder for faster recovery then for dinner mince and mashed spud lol the food of champions thats about it i never count how much protein i have during the day |

| Hahahaha that is so damn funny I don't have to even say anything to show how stupid you realy are..I can't wait to see what a contest diet looks like to you..Umm yea today for me to get shredded I drink 23oz of water I have a few stalks of celery and they I usually milk my own tits so I recyle my own calories..I have been able to drop down to 278 and be 5% and all natual too..I also would like to thank then man in the moon for beliving in me and my wet dreams..Thanks to all morrigu667..Oh and the 667 is the amount of cals I have in one day.... |

| i hope your taller than 6ft2 storm cause 278 is to much weight for anyone shorter and dont use guys like ronnie and jay cutler they are both incredibly unfit well jay cutler is you haveto have cardio 3 days a week just like arnold plus 6days a week workout without the 3 tabs of dianabol a day |

| storm if you had any ****ing knowledge at all about genetics and differences everyone has you would find mesomorphs need protein more than anyother cause we gain muscle at a rapid rate calories arent a problem i been told that 2500 is enough for me as long as i have plenty of protein and carbs |
