Fruit is good, but feel free to replace it them with vegies sometimes. It could turn out to be alot of sugar. yes, I know that fruit is fructose, but it's still has negative aspects in high amounts.Make sure you don't get sick of your diet too. Eat out at restaraunts sometimes, but eat healthy, cooks things different ways and remember that lots of things have protien and carbs in them. (BEANS TOO!!) Everyone always forgets beans. Chili is a great reheatable meal.

Thanks Shortz,

My girl makes a mean chilli but i thought i saw it only as a "once a week" kinda of thing cause of all the carbs.

Are you eating to gain, maintain or lose? cause that's not alot of food and if you're trying to lose then cut down on the milk and some fruits

Good Point Bigtred, I'm eating to gain

Well, post your stats...........doesn't look like enough food, especially proteins. Your first meal of the day needs proteins, eggs...............yes, chicken...............yes oatmeal............not enough. Try and get proteins and good clean carbs with every meal. Don't forget fats, very important........... you can have an all natural peanut butter sandwich in there on whole wheat, maybe with some natural fruit spread.

Again, we need your stats (height , weight, BF if you know it) remember to eat at least (minimum ) 1 gram of protein per pound of lean mass.......most guys shoot for double that when bulking.........

Stats:

5'8"
163 lbs
23% BF

well bro, my suggestion is you cut a little before bulking..........are you taking any AAS? 23% is a little high and bulking on top of that can lead you to 30%.......then dieting down from 30% could be harder and take longer. ( then you'll try and diet too fast and lose muscle along the way) IMO.

Anyway, lean mass would be about 128lbs. so 128 grams of protein should be the least amount of proteins you eat thru out the day.

Train hard and heavy and do a little cardio and you should be able to make some lean gains...........good luck!

I'd have to agree with BT. IF you are on cycle, hell even if you are not, bulking at 23% is a bad idea. You may get as strong as hell but you will be uncomfortable and not look near as good as you would like...

Think about cutting...
