| Get some whole grains in bulk and put 1 cup grains to 2 cups water in a crock pot and set it on low and leave it over night. The next morning you will have about 2 cups of slow cooked grains, unprocessed and delicious. You can buy grains in bulk for around $1/lb and it blows the hell outa processed cereal. Store what you dont eat in the fridge. |

| There is a Sam's near my house that I can get anything bulk. It's great for a once a month stop and then just shop at the grocery store the rest of the month. |
