I'm in the Marines and my military physical training schedule quite frequently interferes with my own work out schedule. For ex: I'll finish an intense session with my unit, the only work hrs that I can work out usually come 2 hrs later (at the most), and by the time I get home, I'm usually to tired to workout. What kind of schedule can I use to ensure that I'm getting what I need to make HUGE strength, stamina, and SIZE gains without over-excerting myself.

When I was in the Marines I lost so much weight it wasn't funny. I found the only thing that could possibly keep the muscle on me was to weight train only 3-4 times a week and when it was time for chow, Just F'in eat, eat, eat. I completely gourged myself 3x a day with all the eggs and chicken and beef that I could handle. Also, MRE's contain about 2300 calories a piece. If you could manage to sneak a couple boxes back to your barracks, these will do alot in supplementing your in between meals. Don't eat the damn candy!!!!

basically the only way to put on size, is to EXCEED your body's maintenance requirements to maintain weight....SO...the only way you will put on mass is if you eat a ton of food all day long. Being in the marines, that will prove to be difficult, SO, what i reccommend is to get shakes and weight gainer shakes...and supplement your intake whenever you cannot get food.
