With only 1 to 1.5 hours a day for working out, can someone with an extremely high metabolism go from 200/205lbs to 225/235lbs in 6-8 months? What are all the supplements ( vitamins, proteins, etc..) that could get me where I want to be (I'm well aware that proper food intake is also necessary). I don't have alot of money to give to supplements, so any inexpensive (not CHEAP) supplement suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I don't need any creatine suggestions, as it always made me gain weight quickly, but it'd go away with a few weeks of not working out.

My personal opinion, even doing everything right, without gear you aren't going to be able to make those kind of gains. I think you are setting your expectations a little too high and setting yourself up for disappointment.
Now, with that said, the #1 thing that you should be looking for in supplements is a good Multi-Vitamin and Protien. Pure Protien is a good brand and there was another guy on here marketing his product just today. You even get a discount! woo hoo!

Well, tomsizemore is wrong about anabolics giving you those kind of gains, as its the very last resort one should EVER look towards.
As for your goals, its possible to do, but it WONT be all LBM....my advice to you is to just buy all the good bulking foods you can buy, and invest in protein powder. Stuff your face all day long every day (eat a good sized meal every two hours to feel full) and intake 1.5g of protein per pound of your GOAL bodyweight, and with sufficient training, you should be able to do it.

Didn't mean it to sound like I was promoting the juice, I should have said "even with gear, it would not be possible to gain 25-35lbs of LBM in 6 months". There, that sounds better. Should have proof read what I wrote in the first place.
