hey guys ive been talkin to u guys on here a while and i know now to gain weight you gotta stuff your face all day long and eat tons to get more calories...the only problem is what if your schedule is just not right for that kind of eating...is there any kind of supplement or anything out there that can give you the massive calories for weight gain that you could supplement and take instead of a meal...need some help any input would be great

well, whole foods are preferred, but you can replace one or two meals with weight gainer shakes....BUT, its nothing to become dependant upon if you can help it..

if you are on time constraints, I recommend making your food in bulk. Say you eat 2 chicken breast everyday make 14 of them at once and just microwave them or eat them cold. Have a rice cooker and make rice for a week. As GP said meal replacement shakes are pretty good too if you are in a crunch. Hope that helps a little.

shakes are a good option. One way to add a bunch of calories to them is to add olive oil. A tbsp. or two is a good start. It sounds gross, but U really can't taste the olive oil in the shake. In fact it thickens them and makes them better actually. Also the fat slows the release of aminos into the blood steam
