| How many grams of protein do you guys intake per day? I usually hit 425-500 grams a day. |

| Normally you should take 1.5g's per pound of your body weight. 425-500 is an awful lot. You may be wasting a lot of it because your body can only use so much of it. The rest goes in the garbage. You may be wasting your money if your using supplements as well. I could be wrong though, maybe some of these other guys can help you out. |

| I am little over 250-55lbs so I vary between 350-500 a day myself...Even if I did the so said amount I would be close to 400...Come contest time it is more of an avg around 400... |
