DIET PLAN:

8:20 A.M. – Breakfast: 5 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, slice of toast, 1 serving of Muscle Milk.

10:20 A.M. – 1-2 cans of Tuna. Glass of water.

12:20 P.M. – Lunch: Chicken or Beef, Apple, Glass of milk.

3:00 P.M. – Serving of Muscle Milk. (Pre-workout Drink. 1 can of tuna.

4:30 P.M. – Workout, Serving of Muscle Milk after workout.

7:00 P.M. – Dinner: Some sort of meat, veggies, glass of milk.

9:30 P.M. – Before bed: Serving of Muscle Milk. Not sure what to take before bed.

Tbone, I'm new to "this" board but not new to the gym.. Hope i can help, post up your stats, bodytype, age, weight, BF% etc... hard to critique if we don't know anything about you or your goals.

just by looking over your diet briefly, here are 3 things to look at.

1. Where are your unsat. fats? besides muscle milk

2. Stop relying on supps. to replace real food. You need carbs to burn fat. (looks like your are trying to lean up from your diet. but there are better approaches)

3. Drop muscle milk and go to a whey protein after workout and maybe between meals. Other than that try and get more complex carbs and unsat fats throughout the day. Cut sugars and sat fats, Keep your calories consistent throughout the day every 2-3 hours to maximize metabolism.

More info would be helpful, this is my opinion, take what you want from it, works for me. I'm 5' 10" 195 7-8% (ectomorph) good luck

Thanks for the info man. Im about 5'8" and weigh around 125. My matabolism is sooooooo fast it is hard for me to gain weight, thus get bigger, so I'm trying to research and get all the help considering it is summer and I have more time to lift. I can't really tell what my bf % but I can assure you that it is low.

By Complex carbs, what do you mean? The main reason I went with muscle milk is because it has more protien in each serving than whey does. I have been trying to decide between muscle milk and whey so I'll go with whey now, that I have gotten input on it. And if you wouldn't mind would you tell me maybe which foods to add or take away, and maybe tell me how many times I should be taking the protien supp.

tbone, from the looks of your diet I guessed you were cutting and your only 125 lbs. Your doing great on splitting your meals, BUT your meals are weak. None of them have hardly any carbs, when I was bulking, which is what I think you are wanting to do (add weight) I would eat 8 times a day and around 600-800 calories per meal. If you add that up, you get around 5000 calories. Now doing this will "all" solid foods is extremely hard to do, especially if you have a life, so it helps to use supplements. I recommend getting cytosports other product they make which is CYTOGAINER. Ditch that muscle milk and drink 2 servings of cytogainer a day. Maybe one after workout with 12 ounces of skim milk or water, and before bed with whatever you want. This is 1000-1500 calories for free. Now eat a bigger breakfast EVERY morning, no skipping days.. do it Every day, consistantly and You will grow. If you can't grow with 5000 calories a day, I cannot help you :) Try this and read up on some bulking diets in the diet forum and see what you can find out

Havn't been on the forums in a couple days, so yea about the diet it is harder than it seems to eat eight meals, every day. Especially without a job and parents who don't really have time to give a damn so I went out and bought some whey protien and I am trying to get a job so I can buy my own food and cook it whenever. THanks for the help and encouragment man, appriciate it.

if you live in a big city and are low on cash, stop by the homeless shelters and grab a quick bite to eat! I do it whenever I'm in the area and feel like a warm meal :D

Dude! With all those whole eggs, you're gonna die of a heart attack pretty soon! Get some GOOD fats in there, like peanuts or fish oil. Also, as 18 said, add some more carbs to your diet. If your metabolism is fast, you should be eating a LOT. As mentioned before, stop trying to rely on supps. Here's a great little bit on how important diet is:
