| i know i'm supposed to be getting about 400g of protein per day, and i'm getting pretty close to that. but i've always wondered how many grams your body can actually absorb/process in one sitting. anybody know? thanks |

| varys at dif times of the day and varys for each person..Nobodys meatbol is the same so now way to really tell best to flood yourself so you don't loose any opertunity..I will say I take in my highest protein at breakfast and post workout and the meal after my postworkout shake..Those are the times when you can absorb and use the most protein.. |
