| its just a really good/cheap/conveinent way to get protein for pretty much no fat and no carbs. a typical 6oz can of tuna (in water) has like 150 cal, 1.5g fat, 0g carbs, and 32.5g of protein. thats alot of protein for a such a small amount of food. but if you're really dead set on not eating tuna, almost all seafood is very high in protein with little or no carbs. but some fish are higher than others in fat (salmon). also, it defeats the purpose if you're eating it deep fried! bon apitite. :D |
