Can anyone set me up with some meal menu's for weight loss

this may piss you off, but im being honest with you, let me diliberate this first. I actually was looking for the same exact thing you are, and im sure you have already heard that it varies to much to give you an exact schedual, but its true. Bassicaly theres three things you stick to, a food type wood be convenient, but this is what i have stuck to and im progressing quite well, increase your protien, for this minus like 20 lbs from your overall bodyweight, and if your heavier you may want to substract about 40, so for examp i take about 120 grams of protien a day, but i weigh 190, and it does fine. your next step is to work the cardio. It was a shock to me at first but i have been riding a bike like three days a week, or 5, and i have been toning up like no other. The trick with this, is to keep going for at least a half hour to forty five minutes, heres the reason, your body burns fat calories for the first 15min, then from there to 30min it burns energy, after that you start burning fat again, so its like, for every half hour you do, you burn 15min of fat, and 15min of energy. Then after forty five minutes it goes to straight energy, so thats a bad thing. the last thing i have to say to you is to get yourself to realize, diets only work when your on them. why is this you might ask. its becuase when your on a diet, your eating healthy, and your always sposed to eat healthy, not just for a few months. Its a lifetime commitment of eating healthy and dropping the junk food, its hard to believe, but its true, and once you realize this, you will be losing wait slowly, over a long time spand. Thats not necessarily true also, dont get turned away, i myself lost like twenty pounds hella quick, and now ive been losing a steady pound a week. hope that could help. my last quote is that healthy isnt cheap, and you will realize this down the rode if you stick to your diet. and no not a short diet, did you know that diet is actually the scientific word for type of foods eaten. all right peace out bra.

one more thing I was wondering.I heard it has something to do with calories to like if you eat a certain amount of food say making 2500 calories daily then drop 500 calories or so you will lose weight but how long do you keep dropping calories....im kinna left out in the open about that so could ANYONE...anyone at all shed some light on that for me because if you got down to like 1000 calories...well no one can live on that
