| I like to take about four cans of chicken broth, add about 3 cups of water, 1.5lbs of vegetables (bagged & frozen) garlic salt, pepper, and 4 chicken breasts cut up in little pieces, cook on low temp for about four hours and enjoy! mmmmm, yummy! |

| Dice it up into small pieces, and cook it up in a wok or deep frying pan with a bit of olive oil and lots of jalepenos and garlic. Mix that up with some brown rice. |

| marinate them. there's some pretty good ones out there that don't add to many carbs. personally i like mccormicks. |

| i cook my stuff, then chop it finely or put in a blender with some mayo and eat that way. sorta like tuna :D |

| This is the best Chicken EVER! You just can't miss with this one :laughing: I found a link showing you how to BBQ it. http://www.outofthefryingpan.com/recipes/chicken.beer.butt.shtml Oven Directions: same ingredients. Wrap the outside of the beer can in Tin Foil (just because) Place the chicken in a shallow roasting pan. Do not cover. Cook at 350 - approx. 45 min. |

| buy a lemon pepper seansoning and put it on as you cook them. They taste fantastic |
