| Your diet looks crumby. Sorry, just the truth. You need to hit ALTEAST 4 good solid meals per day. It is not healthy being at that weight. I was 6'3'' 158lbs when I started and I was on the border of being at an unhealthy weight. At your height, you should be about 180lbs. Start off basic. I hope I am not wasting my time posting this... Meal 1- 3 Eggs, 2 peices toast and milk Meal 2- Turkey and cheese sub/sandwich and water Meal 3- Peanut butter and honey sandwich with milk Meal 4- Beef/chicken/fish, vegie and water Keep snacks with you to munch on between meals. Nuts, dried fruits/fresh fruits, fresh vegies... Dump the fast food and candy bars unless you absolutely need to get something to eat. This sort of diet should help you hit about 160-170lbs without too many problems. Once you start to hit a wall with gains, then you need to bump to 5-6 meals and maybe eat a midnight meal, which will put your weight through the roof. |
